Thorbjorg graduated with diploma in Industrual Design from the Reykjavík Technical College in 1997, with BA degree from the textil department of The Icelandic Academy of Arts in 2000 and with diploma in Entrepreneurial Studies from Klakið, Innovation Centre, in 2010. Thorbjorg has since graduation from The Icelandic Academy of Arts worked on developing innovative textiles.

Sunna graduated with BA in Psychology in 2002 from University of Iceland and MA in Cultural and Art Management in 2011 from the University of Bifrost. She has worked for the last 10 years in management and in fashion retail for total of four years, both for Vero Moda Europe in Antwerpen, Belgium and Arcadia Iceland in Reykjavík. Her graduation project from University of Bifrost was setting up a film portal for Icelandic films and is that project up and running.
